The tsatsiki is a typical Greek recipe that can be a cream or a sauce, but also it can become   a drink simply disolving in water. The later option is more common in Turkey where tsatsiki word becomes "çaçik" (pronunce shasheek) The tsatsiki either like cream or sauce is very suitable for seasoning salads but also can grease a toast or support a course of meat...

INGREDIENTS:

3-4 yoghurt type "Greek"
1 cucumber
Half clove garlic
Salt
Olive oil

Peel the cucumber and cut into very fine strips. Take a bowl and pour in the yoghurt blended with a tablespoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of salt and medium clove garlic crushed. We must vigorously whisking it by hand until get a compact cream exempt of water as much as possible. It is desirable to make the mixture stand at least one hour in the refrigerator before consume, but is not essential. Probably you will not resist one hour !
