Champagne cocktails

Cocktails for any party...

Mimosa:



Typical glass of champagne, also called flute,  in two thirds is filled with brut champagne , while the remaining third is filled with freshly squeezed orange juice. Stir and ready to serve chilled.

Black velvet :




In a tall glass of beer  half fill with dark beer . Then slowly pour brut champagne to fill up the other half of the cup, then stir gently . Serve very cold.

Cocktail of champagne:




A classic that appears in all the manuals .
In a typical glass of champagne pour a lump of sugar. Pour angostura until dissolved . Then add a tablespoon and a half of brandy and the rest of the cup is filled with champagne brut. Stir gently . It is served cold.


Bellini :




Cocktail invented at the famous Harry 's Bar in Venice in 1934.

INGREDIENTS ( a service)

2 ripe peaches , peeled , halved and pitted , or the equivalent using canned peaches in natural juice


Place peaches in a blender and blend until smooth . Pour half the champagne glasses - previously chilled - and fill the other half with champagne slowly , stirring gently . Serve very cold.
