Mushrooms stuffed with mozzarella cheese or feta cheese

A recipe that can be a starter or being a good companion of meat or poultry. In any case it is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients (4 people):

Half a kilo (1.1 lb)  of large mushrooms
150 grams (5.3 oz) of mozzarella or feta cheese, approximately
If we use mozzarella, parsley or basil
If we use feta cheese,  oregano

First wash mushrooms well and removed the foot. Season the cavity and the outside.

In the cavity of the mushrooms we put a portion of mozzarella or feta (mozzarella if we want them with "Italian" taste or  feta if we want them "Greek").

Put the mushrooms in th eoven we preheated to 180 degrees C (350 F)  and sprinkle over herbs (basil is typical in Italian cuisine and Oregano is indispensable in Greek).

We introduce the mushrooms in the oven and in 15 minutes will be ready.
